Plans

Lite is $9 a month or $97.20 a year; Pro is $29 a month or $313.20 a year. A year up front is 10% off. Both plans block time for every task; Pro adds meeting notes to tasks and the Claude connection. The full grid is on the pricing page. There is no free plan: the app opens after you start a trial, and a card is taken at checkout.

Captures

A capture is a task typed, spoken or said to Siri, a photo or PDF of a schedule, or a paste of meeting notes. Lite includes 50 a calendar month and Pro 250, reset on the 1st. Need more? Under Plan in Settings, 50 more cost $5, charged when you buy them and kept until used. Lite can add two packs a month; past that, Pro.

The trial

Every new account starts with 7 days of the plan chosen at checkout, free. Checkout is on Stripe and takes a card so the plan continues without a gap. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. On yearly billing the year is charged once, when the trial ends.

Managing the plan

Open Settings and press Manage billing on the Plan card. That opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can switch between Lite and Pro or between monthly and yearly, update the card, see invoices, or cancel. Changes made there reach the app within a few seconds. Switching during a trial keeps the days you have left.

Canceling

The plan runs until the end of the period already paid for, then stops. Nothing is refunded for a partial month or year except where the law requires it.

After the plan ends

The events Pensova created stay on your calendar; they are yours. The plan card shows no plan and offers both plans again. Your tasks remain in the account until you delete it.
