A personal note from Terry to everyone who joins
Everyone who joins the beta now gets the short note Terry sends by hand: glad to have you, here is how to reach me. It comes from his own mailbox.
Settings changes move your tasks at once
Tick or untick a calendar, save new working hours or connect your calendar, and your tasks move to fit right away instead of waiting for the next check. Pensova also looks at every connected calendar every fifteen minutes again.
A notice when email to you is not getting through
If mail from Pensova to your address comes back undeliverable, the dashboard says so and Pensova stops sending there until it is fixed, so you are not left wondering why a reminder never came.

A new launch video
The launch video now shows Pensova as it is today on a computer: a task landing on the calendar, work split across the week, a task with no time yet, a photo of a schedule and meeting notes, Google Calendar or Outlook.
Plainer wording across the site and the app
Menu paths read as sentences instead of arrows, sentences no longer break on dashes, and the help video captions follow the same rule.
Help articles: three sentences made clearer
Adding tasks says where done tasks sit, and Meeting notes explains what is kept in shorter sentences.
Help articles: two sentences in Adding tasks made clearer
Where to buy more captures, and the steps for speaking a task, are now short sentences.
Three help videos fixed
Connecting Google, Connecting Outlook and Meeting notes had a few seconds cut from the wrong place. They are re-rendered and swapped on the site and on YouTube.
Thursday, October 29, 2026
The Hey Siri setup video, where you can find it
The Hey Siri, capture this article now starts with the 32 second setup clip filmed on an iPhone, with captions, and the help index marks the article as having a video.
Wednesday, October 28, 2026
Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendars now work
Sign in with Microsoft and Pensova plans around your Outlook calendar the way it does with Google: tasks land in free time, move when a meeting takes the hour, and a block you drag stays put. The sign-in page and the sign-up forms offer both, and nothing in the app assumes Google any more.
Connecting Outlook, in the help center
A new article covers signing in with Microsoft: the three permissions and what each is for, the verified publisher on the permission screen, what Approval required means on a work account, and how to disconnect. Every page now says Google Calendar or Outlook, the privacy policy covers Microsoft data, and a sign-in you cancel on Microsoft's screen says so in plain words instead of a code.
A clearer message when a Microsoft account has no mailbox
A work account without a mailbox has no Outlook calendar to connect, and Microsoft sends no email address for it. The sign-in page now says that in plain words instead of showing a code.
Sign in and Start free trial are in the header on a phone
On a phone the two buttons sit beside the menu, as on a computer. Pricing now opens on the yearly price with its 10% saving, and whichever billing interval you pick turns blue.
A video for connecting Outlook, and yearly first in the app
The Connecting Outlook and Microsoft 365 article now has its own video: the three permissions, the verified publisher, what Approval required means, and how to disconnect. Choosing a plan in the app now opens on yearly, with its 10% saving, as the site does.
Delete many tasks at once, and a repeating task fix
Tap Select above the task list to tick tasks one by one, or Select all in any section, then Delete. Deleting the first task of a repeating series also no longer creates extra copies: the series simply carries on from the next one.
Tuesday, October 27, 2026
The price survey page no longer mentions the raffle now that it has closed
If you joined after the first survey went out, it reaches you on 6 November.
Getting started steps now open the exact setting
Tap Set your working hours or Choose which calendars count and that section opens, unfolded, instead of leaving you to find it in Settings. If every calendar already counts, the calendars step is ticked off.
Settings is in the order you set things up
Working hours, calendars and fixed time come first, then your plan and the ways to add tasks. Help, feedback and sign-out are at the end.
Nothing reads like a waiting list
The header, the sign-up page and the invitation emails now say what is true: try Pensova free until 20 November, no card. The old wording asked you to get a beta link and wait for it, and nobody was ever waiting.
Home page no longer scrolls sideways on a phone
The example cards were a touch wider than the screen, so the page could be dragged sideways. It sits still now.
Monday, October 26, 2026
If your calendar didn't connect, the app now says so in plain words
A sign-in button is right there, so you can try again with Google's two calendar boxes ticked.
Sunday, October 25, 2026
The whole site in plain words
Every page now describes a to-do list that blocks time for each task around your schedule, with no developer words, full sentences throughout, and the help center naming the buttons and tabs the app actually has.
The tab for tasks without a time is now called No time yet
It was called Not placed. The guide, the help center and what Claude says about a task use the same words.
Captures, Pro's 250 and credit packs
A photo or PDF of a schedule and pasted meeting notes now count as captures. Pro includes 250 a month and the Claude connection. When the month's captures are used up, 50 more cost $5 under Plan in Settings; Lite can add two packs a month.

A computer opens on the list too
Unless your sign-up answer said calendar. The switch at the top remembers your choice per browser.
Drag the divider between the list and the calendar
Half and half to start, remembered per browser; double-tap it for half again. Beside the list the calendar always shows three days from today.
The divider is easier to grab with a finger
A pill grip on the divider, like the iPad's split screen
Drag a task from the list onto the calendar
Drop it on a day and that time is booked and kept, like a block you moved. Drag a block onto the list to take it off the calendar.
The Tasks tab on a phone always opens the list
A waiting draft shows as a badge and as a link at the top of the list, instead of taking over the tab.
The site reads the way the app now works
The problem section says it plainly, every page knows about the list beside the calendar, and the replan timing reads the same everywhere.
Thursday, October 22, 2026
The page from our comparison ad matches the ad
Tap the side-by-side ad and the page opens with the same headline and the same two phones, so you know you are in the right place.
A task never starts at the minute you add it
Placement begins at the next quarter-hour at least ten minutes away, unless the deadline leaves no other room.
“Put it on my calendar” on the add and edit forms
Untick it and the task stays on the list with a list-only tag; the planner leaves it alone. Tick it later and it gets a time.
A to-do list view
Calendar | List at the top of a wide screen: the list grouped by day (overdue, today, tomorrow, the week, no time yet, list only, done) with three days of calendar beside it. A phone opens on the list, with the calendar a tap away. Sign-up asks how you expect to use Pensova and starts you there.
Rows that read as a task list
A circle to tick it done, the title and when it is. Tap the title for Edit, Schedule and Delete.
List and calendar split the screen half and half
The status reads To-Do
Fixes from the first look at the list
An open row folds back with a tap and keeps its tick circle; the calendar no longer paints over the list while the layout switches.
Drafts is its own page
With a Back to tasks link, instead of the old tab strip.
Overdue reads “past the deadline”
A list-only task past its date sits there too.
Wednesday, October 21, 2026
A block you move in your calendar stays there
Drag one of Pensova's blocks to another time in your calendar and Pensova now keeps it there, instead of sometimes moving it back on its next pass.
Tuesday, October 20, 2026
All sixteen help videos are on YouTube
The last six help videos joined Pensova's YouTube channel, so every help page now plays its YouTube copy.
Start with a task in one tap, and earn a free week
Until you add your first task, the task box offers a few ready-made ones that fit you, like school forms or this week's dinners for a parent. Tap one, check it, add it. And finish the Getting started steps during your trial to get seven more free days of Pro.
Monday, October 19, 2026
Deadlines land when you set them, and a set time stays put
A deadline you picked or typed, like 5 PM Thursday, was being saved four or five hours early, which cost you the end of the day. It now lands exactly when you said. A task you type or say with a clock time, like "dentist Tuesday at 2:30", now goes on your calendar at 2:30 as a fixed event, the same as with Siri, and "tomorrow morning" means between 8 and noon.
An all-day note no longer takes your whole day
Things like "Spirit Week" or "Pay water bill" that sit at the top of a day, including the ones Pensova adds from a photo, now stay there as reminders, and your tasks still get planned that day. Public holidays, and any all-day event you mark Busy in Google Calendar, still keep the day clear.
A new appointment shows the moment you add it
After you added appointments from a photo, Pensova jumped to the right day but could show it empty for up to a minute, and could plan a task over the new appointment in that time. Now it's there straight away, and your tasks move around it at once.
Help videos now play from YouTube
Ten of the sixteen help videos are on Pensova's YouTube channel, and their help pages play that copy. The rest follow as the channel's daily upload limit allows.
Sunday, October 18, 2026
Photos of a busy board or fridge read better
Take a photo of a card pinned up with other notes and Pensova lists what those notes say too, for you to untick if they are not yours. A note for one week only, like a school's Spirit Week, now lands on those days of the coming week instead of repeating every week.
Friday, October 16, 2026
A few helpful emails after you join the beta
If the next step has not happened, one short email says what it is, with the two-minute video and the help article that fit you: connecting the calendar, the first task, how the scheduler decides, Siri or the photo import. Never two within two days, and one tap stops them.
Pass Pensova on, with your own referral link
A couple of weeks after your first task, one email says the biggest compliment Pensova can get is you telling someone, and gives you your own referral page. A friend you refer gets the beta free through 20 November; when paid plans open, each friend who stays on earns you a month free, up to twelve a year.
Refer a friend from Settings
Settings now has a Refer a friend card. Press Get my link and your own referral page is yours to copy or share; a friend who signs up through it gets the beta free through 20 November, and from launch each friend who stays on earns you a month free, up to twelve a year. The help centre explains it under Refer a friend.
A last word for invitations never opened
If you joined the beta but never signed in, one more email reaches you between 10 and 19 November: your invitation link works until the 20th, free, no card, and after that it stops. It is the last email about it, as the earlier reminder promised.
Thursday, October 15, 2026
The privacy policy now covers the waitlist and ad sign-ups
What we keep when you join the waitlist or sign up from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, that Meta passes us only your email, the mailing list at Loops, and the code the beta page keeps in your browser to count visits.
Calendar changes are picked up as they happen
Google tells Pensova when your calendar changes, and an hourly check backs that up. The calendar page now says so.
Help and blog say how fast a change is picked up
Google tells Pensova when a calendar changes, usually within a minute; an hourly check backs it up. The help, the blog, the front page and the services list now say so, the services list shows the Claude connector as live, and the help no longer says times follow your Google Calendar's zone: they follow your device's.
The beta page explains the product before it asks
Visitors from an ad now see what Pensova does in one line, the headline their ad promised, one offer (free until 20 November, no card, Google Calendar required), the real screens step by step, the three clips, an example of a task moving when a meeting lands on it, and clear answers. Email first; Continue with Google beside it.
Ads measurement, with your permission
A small bar asks before one Meta cookie is set; it only tells us which ads lead to sign-ups. Nothing about your calendar or tasks is shared, and you can change your choice on the privacy page.
Wednesday, October 14, 2026
Assistants can change a task
Ask Claude to move a deadline, change a length or priority, or rename a task, and Pensova re-places the week around it.
Move a task to a day by asking
Tell your assistant to move a task to Tuesday and Pensova books it on Tuesday, not just before it.
A help page for using Pensova from Claude
Step by step: copy the address from Settings, add it in Claude's Connectors, press Allow, then ask in plain words.
Tuesday, October 13, 2026
Older video links work again
Links to Pensova videos shared in posts before 3 October, like pensova.com/videos/launch.mp4, opened a missing page. They play again, and a download link still saves the file.
Claim the founding year
A year of Pro for $180, locked while the plan runs. Beta testers keep their free weeks: add a card on pensova.com/founding and nothing is charged until the beta ends.
Use Pensova from Claude
Add pensova.com/mcp as a connector, sign in and press Allow. Then ask your assistant to add a task, say what is on this week, or mark something done; Pensova still finds the time. Settings, under Assistants, shows what is connected and disconnects it.
Calendar changes show up within about a minute
When a meeting lands on placed work in Google Calendar, Google now tells Pensova straight away and the work moves within about a minute, instead of at the next quarter-hour check. Your events are still never copied to our servers.

A tidier empty week
The line that says nothing is placed yet now fits a phone screen instead of running off the edge, and no longer appears on weeks that have already passed.
A balanced phone bar
On a phone the bottom bar now has two tabs on each side of the add button, which sits in the middle. Drafts moved into the Tasks screen, and a waiting draft shows as a number on Tasks; tapping it opens your drafts.
A back button on your phone
On a phone, the Tasks and Drafts screen now has a back button to the calendar at the top, and the phone's own back swipe or the browser's back button returns to the calendar instead of leaving the app.
Back never leaves the app
Add task, Notes, Photo and Settings now have a back arrow at the top that stays in view while you scroll, and the phone's back swipe or the browser's back button closes them, then the Tasks screen, and never takes you out of Pensova.
Pensova on your home screen, full screen
On an iPhone, open pensova.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Pensova gets its own icon and opens full screen like an app, with no browser bars taking up room. In Chrome on Android, use the menu and Add to Home screen.
The guide shows you how to put Pensova on your home screen
The first questions now ask which phone you use. On an iPhone or Android phone, the last step of the guide shows how to add Pensova to your home screen, with a picture of each tap ringed in red, so it opens full screen with no browser bars. It also says that Google may ask you to sign in once more the first time you open it from the icon.
Set up your phone during the guide
When you walk through the guide on a phone, it now notices, and right after your first task lands it asks you to put Pensova on your home screen, waiting while you do. Then it sends you to the new icon, and your walk picks up there.
What's new, when you come back
When something changes in Pensova, your next visit opens with a short list of what is new since you were last here, the same entries as this page. Press Got it and it stays out of your way until the next change.
Pensova fits the device you are on
Settings now shows what applies where you are: Siri and Shortcuts on an iPhone, iPad or Mac, and Pensova on your home screen on a phone. The first time you open Pensova on a new kind of device, one short tip says what it can do there. On Android, press and hold the home-screen icon for Add task and Add from photo.
Forms that stay out from under the keyboard
On a phone, Add task and the other forms now sit right above the keyboard, the field you tapped stays in view, and the guide folds to a line while you type. The date fields also fit the screen on an iPhone.
Installing Pensova on your phone is quicker
On Android, the guide and Settings now have an Install Pensova button: one tap and your phone adds the icon. On any phone, once you open Pensova from its icon, the guide knows, and if you later open it in the browser it reminds you the icon is there.
Quicker first questions
The first questions now tick the device you are using for you, so you only add the others, and the first one asks what you want to accomplish with Pensova.
Weekends are on the calendar
The week now shows all seven days, so a task placed on a Saturday or Sunday is where you can see it. On an iPhone the box you type in stays above the keyboard.
Adding a task shows you where it landed
Every task you add takes the calendar straight to it, centred and highlighted, with a line saying when it is. In the walkthrough, a step you have done moves on by itself; saving your working hours takes you back to the calendar. Get the Shortcut now opens beside Pensova, so you can come back after adding it.
Add a task straight from the icon on Android
On an Android phone the walkthrough now shows the icon's own menu: press and hold the Pensova icon and tap Add task. Opening Pensova that way finishes the step by itself, and the walk carries on.
Help test Pensova on your phone
Testers can open a phone check page that shows their phone's details and, only if they press Start, records each walkthrough step and button press for 48 hours (never anything typed). Stop it any time from that page or from Settings.
Phone testing asks first
Before a phone records anything for testing, the check page asks you to tick an agreement that says exactly what is recorded. The privacy policy now covers it, and recordings are deleted after 90 days.
The whole week on your phone
On a phone, Week now shows all seven days on the screen at once, today included, instead of hiding the last days behind a sideways swipe.
Friday, October 9, 2026
The beta page works inside the Facebook app
Google does not allow its sign-in inside the browsers built into Facebook and Instagram, where an ad opens. There the beta page now leads with the email invitation, and says how to open the page in the phone's own browser to use Continue with Google.
Thursday, October 8, 2026
A guided first session
New accounts start with four one-tap questions about what they hope for and how they work, then the app walks them through its parts in the order that fits, lighting up the next thing to do. A task lands on the calendar within the first few steps. Skippable at any point.
The guide points at what to do next
A red arrow now points at the thing each step asks you to press, on a phone and a desktop, and goes away while something else is open over it. When a photo adds a schedule, the sheet closes on its own, the calendar jumps to the day the first block landed, and a line names the block with its day and time, so a block three weeks out no longer looks like it was never added. If you have one Google calendar, the step about choosing calendars is left out: there is nothing to choose.
The guide teaches the app, not a panel
The guided first session no longer has buttons of its own. It says what to press and a red line runs from the panel to that control, which is ringed; you press it in the app. When a form opens, the walk continues inside it: type or speak the task, press Fill in fields, check what it filled, press Add task. The same on a phone, an iPad and a desktop. If the control is behind an open sheet, the guide points at the × first.
No blank page under the app on an iPad
On an iPad, typing in a form could leave the whole page scrolled down with blank space under the app. The app is now pinned to the screen and goes back to the top when the keyboard closes.
The guide takes its own space on an iPad or desktop
On a wide screen the guide's panel now sits at the bottom of the task column instead of floating over the list and the calendar, so it covers nothing; it floats only while a form is open. The Connect step is left out when your calendar is already connected, so the walk starts with something to do.
Plainer words on the calendar
The app no longer calls the calendar a grid or a placed task a block. What Add from photo puts on your calendar is called what it is: a fixed event your tasks plan around.
Two walks: quick setup or the full walkthrough
The intake now asks how much of a walk you want. Quick is the essentials, about five minutes. Full is everything, about ten: moving a task, the Day to Week views, blocking fixed time, accepting a draft, forwarding meeting notes or a transcript to your private address, Hey Siri on an iPhone, and where the help and videos live. Settings has a Quick guide and a Full guide button to take either again, and a move is explained the moment you make one.
The guide never covers the screen
On a phone the guide's panel now takes its own space above the bar, and inside a form it sits at the foot of the form, so nothing is hidden behind it and the screen no longer jumps about to get out of its way.
Editing a task keeps its evenings and weekends
The Edit form was missing the Evenings and weekends too box, and saving an edit quietly switched it off, so a weekend task could stop fitting before its deadline. Found by a beta tester. The box is on the Edit form now and keeps its setting.
Working hours on the half hour
Settings now lets the working day start or end on the half hour, 8:30 to 5:30 for example, and the scheduler keeps to it to the minute. Asked for by a beta tester.
One tap into the beta
The beta page now has Continue with Google at the top: sign in and the beta opens straight away, under the same daily limit, with the invitation email following as a receipt. The email path is still there under it. The two clips the ads run play on the page, so it shows what the ad showed.
Wednesday, October 7, 2026
Updates are never sent twice
Last week's update reached the beta group twice. An update identical to one already sent is now refused when it is scheduled and skipped when it is due.
The waitlist page, rewritten for a phone
It now opens with the problem, two calendars that never talk to each other, and puts the email box in the first screen on a phone, with the founding offer and the details below it.
Get beta access
The waitlist button now says what it gives you: beta access, with new people let in every Monday, free until 20 November, no card.
Instant beta access
Join from the site and the beta invitation arrives by email within a minute, free until 20 November, no card. Thirty a day; after that the day's joiners are invited on Monday as before.
Monday, October 5, 2026
Pensova Corp., a New York corporation
The terms, the about page and the founding terms now name the company as Pensova Corp., a New York corporation, with the terms governed by New York law.
Sunday, October 4, 2026
A referred invitation names who sent it
Someone you refer gets an invitation that opens with your name, and you are copied on it and thanked when they are in. The invitation itself now points new testers at the three things worth trying first: a photo of a schedule, the microphone, and Hey Siri, with a video for each.
Straight answers on the Security page
The Security and data page now opens with the eight questions people ask before connecting a calendar, answered in plain words: whether your calendar is stored, who can see it, whether it trains an AI, and how to get out.
Saturday, October 3, 2026
Refer someone to the beta
A tester with a referral link can put forward a friend: first name, last name and email. Terry is told at once and approves each one, and nothing reaches the person until then.
Your referral link arrives by email
When you are given a referral link, it comes to you in a short note from Terry with what happens when you use it.
Monday, September 28, 2026
Beta access runs to 20 November
Invitations sent from 28 September give free access until full launch on 20 November. The founding testers keep the ninety days they were promised.
Saturday, September 26, 2026
The site catches up with the app
A new page, Add from anywhere, shows every way a task gets in, with the clips: type it, say it, photograph the schedule, or say “Hey Siri, capture this” from the car. Weekend and anytime placement is explained on the Tasks page and in the comparisons, and the founding members offer has its own section on Pricing and the home page, with the video.
Friday, September 25, 2026
Hey Siri, capture this
A private link in Settings and a Shortcut you install once let you say a task from the lock screen, the car or a watch, and hear back where it landed.
Evenings and weekends too
A task can now be booked outside working hours, by a checkbox in Add task or simply by putting it on a Saturday.
Switching between Day, 3 days, 5 days and Week, and paging between weeks, is now instant.
Say a fixed event to Siri and it lands as a block
Say "Hey Siri, capture this", then an event with a day, a clock time and how long, such as karate every Saturday at ten thirty for an hour, and it goes on your calendar as a fixed block, repeating when you say so.
Thursday, September 24, 2026
Fixed: finishing, deleting or moving a task could leave its old event on Google Calendar. Leftover events on affected calendars were removed.
Add from photo has a For field: type a name once and it goes in front of every title, so the calendar reads "Billy · Practice".
Wednesday, September 23, 2026
No third-party analytics on the site or in the app
The privacy policy says so, and the pages load nothing but Pensova's own code.
Tap a block on an iPad and the quick view opens as a sheet at the bottom
It no longer covers the block or its neighbours; the card beside the block is for a mouse or trackpad.
Add from photo
Take a picture of a class, practice or shift schedule, check what Pensova read, and every entry becomes a weekly fixed block on your Google Calendar.
Say the task instead of typing it
Press the microphone beside the task box, speak, and the words land in the box; the draft step follows as usual. Chrome, Edge and Safari on iPhone and Mac.
Add from photo reads a week on the family calendar
One-off appointments land on their day; a timetable still gives weekly blocks; each row has a Repeats weekly switch.
Fixed: meetings could appear twice on the week view
The primary calendar was being read under two names.
Fixed: Day view opened on the first day of the week instead of today
Day, 3 days and 5 days now start from today.
Adding a task, moving a block and finishing work save in about a second
Google Calendar is written a moment later in the background.
Calendar blocks now show the title only, so short meetings are readable at a glance. Tap a block to see its exact time.
Fixed: the Schedule all and Add task buttons at the top of the calendar now line up.
Monday, September 21, 2026
Done on the quick view
Tap a block, press Done, and the task is finished; its blocks leave the grid at once and the calendar follows.
Fixed: calendars with more than 250 events in two weeks lost their placed work
Every event is read now, however many there are.
The waitlist page is closed for now
The founding offer is still described on the pricing page.
The waitlist page is open again

A split task now "becomes several blocks", matching what the calendar shows, and the rule reads "no block shorter than thirty minutes".
Help videos re-recorded so every highlight is on screen.

Task rows agree with the calendar
Block times and deadlines on task rows and drafts are shown in your calendar's time zone, the same as the grid.
Help videos
Every help article now has a narrated walkthrough video at the top of its page, with captions.
Resources inside the app
Every help article and its video are now in the app under Resources, with search and a place to ask a question, so there is no need to sign out to read them.

The app redesigned
The calendar is the whole surface, with today tinted and a live line at the current time. Tasks, capture and drafts sit in a side panel; settings, add task and meeting notes open as sheets.
Fixes from the first look at the redesign
Task controls no longer crush the row, one tab strip instead of two, and the sidebar no longer repeats the range switcher.
The app survives a narrow monitor
The sidebar collapses to icons and the panel becomes a sheet before anything overlaps.
A gear that is a gear, and your initials from your name
Account row shows your name over your email
Splittable tasks can split below an hour
No block is shorter than thirty minutes now, so a fifty-minute task can take a half-hour gap today and finish tomorrow.
The front page week shows work and life together
Practice, date night and Friday drinks on the same calendar as the board deck.
Drag a block to a new time
Drag a placed block to another time or day inside Pensova. It moves in Google Calendar too, and the scheduler keeps it there.
A full public website
Home, pricing, product pages, help center, security and data, about, contact, comparisons, changelog and blog.
Meeting notes by email
Forward a notes email to your private Pensova address and the action items that are yours come back as drafts. The email is read once and discarded.
Trusted sender addresses for notes by email
Add up to five of your own addresses; forwards from them count as yours.
Drafts arrive with a 30-minute estimate
When the notes did not say how long, the draft now suggests thirty minutes; change it before accepting.
Getting started, in the app
A five-step card walks a new account from connecting Google to the first block on the calendar, and hides itself when done.
A fuller help center
Twelve articles, from the first five minutes to troubleshooting, grouped so the answer is one click away. The support chat reads the same pages.
Lite's capture allowance and what happens when a trial ends
Lite includes 50 captures a calendar month, shown once you are under ten. When a trial ends or a payment fails, Pensova stops placing work until billing is settled; your tasks and calendar stay put.
Getting started, a help center of twelve articles, and fair limits
A Getting started checklist and a one-time welcome for new accounts; the help center rewritten as twelve articles the support chat also answers from; Lite's 50 captures a month is now counted, and a lapsed trial or failed subscription pauses placement with a plain way back.
Help articles as narrated videos
The first two help articles are now short videos as well as pages; the rest follow the same way.

A public front page, privacy policy and terms
Fixed: the dashboard failed to load after Google access was revoked
Usable on a phone
Bigger touch targets, a grid that fits a phone for Day and 3-day views and scrolls for the rest.
Week view starts on your first day of the week
And says when the grid scrolls sideways.
Meeting notes become draft tasks
Paste notes from any meeting tool. Each action item comes back as a draft with a suggested duration and deadline, to accept or dismiss. Pro plan.
Lite and Pro plans with a 7-day trial
Billing runs on Stripe: Checkout to start, the billing portal for everything after.
Fixed: a billing error no longer takes down the page
Meeting notes know who you are
Items that name you become your drafts; items for other people do not.
No duplicate drafts
Pasting the same notes twice, or notes that mention work already on your list, skips the repeats.

Tasks are scheduled onto your Google Calendar
Each task becomes an event in the free time you have.
Every calendar you can see counts as busy
Not just your primary calendar: shared and subscribed calendars block time too.
Choose which calendars count
Each calendar can be switched in or out of what the scheduler treats as busy.
Finishing or deleting a task frees its time
Priority drives scheduling
Urgent work is placed before high, high before medium. Schedule all replans everything. Working hours and days are yours to set.
The app says why a task was not scheduled
Edit a task after creating it
Repeating tasks
Daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or yearly, with an optional end date.
Long tasks can split across days
Check “Can be split” and work longer than any single gap becomes several blocks across the week.
Describe a task in plain words
Type “deck for the board by Thursday, 2 hrs” and review the draft before it lands.
New tasks are placed the moment they are saved
A task without a duration defaults to an hour.
Block fixed time
Protect a focus block or a standing commitment; it is written to Google Calendar as a recurring event and the scheduler works around it.
The week view
Meetings and placed work on one grid inside the app.
Calendars shared as free/busy count as busy
Day, 3-day, 5-day and week views
Non-working days are hidden, and the week can start on any day.
All-day events shown in their own row, not across the hour grid
Your changes in Google Calendar win
Move one of Pensova's blocks in Google Calendar and it stays where you put it. Delete one and the task shows as unscheduled.
Replanning in the background
Every 15 minutes each connected calendar is checked; when a meeting lands on placed work, the work moves, whether or not the app is open.

Sign in with Google and connect your calendar
Two Calendar permissions, and nothing else
Pensova asks Google only to read your calendars and to create events. No mail, contacts or files.
